My device is dead

Keeps peeping and keep restarting and show crazy battery status

Like suddenly 100% and drop 0%

And not working without battery inside

Need some help please

Change the batteries ad see if that solves the problem.

But would be good if they made die device can work without batteriesI mean on the docking station where you have permanently power supply

But you know this bad BMS if the battery was defect

That’s mean these batteries are always on docking and charging and now after less than 1 year getting damage this is failure most of the time because bad BMS

I agree with that. It should be able to work without batteries when powered directly, either through the dock or USB-C.

Changed the Batterie

The problem remains

Go check Kickstarter many people have the same problem

The strange thing is now the 1st generation is getting more and more broken before the 2nd generation come to the market
