The latest update added FTP support, and I got it working perfectly with my Sony A7M4. 
Here’s the official Sony guide for reference:
Big warning that saved me hours of frustration:
When configuring FTP, make sure you set [Security Protocol] to Connect on certificate error.
This had me stuck for so long! Hope it helps someone out.
