Foreword
Is your NAS storage still sitting idle at home in 2026? Say goodbye to the constraints of traditional NAS devices: power cords, network cables, and fixed locations. PocketCloud, compact enough to fit in your pocket, puts you in control of your data anytime, anywhere, delivering true freedom for data across all scenarios.
PocketCloud Connection Methods
PocketCloud offers 5 flexible connection modes: Wi-Fi Mode, SD Card Backup, USB Drive Mode, AP Mode, and Remote Access, covering a wide range of usage scenarios.
Among these, the Remote Access service acts as a stable, secure, and convenient "data bridge" for you. It eliminates the need for complex technical knowledge, such as public IPs, port forwarding, or DDNS setup, significantly lowering the barrier to remote access and enabling users of all technical levels to perform cross-region data operations with ease.
PocketCloud NAS storage features a built-in Remote Access service. The system automatically selects the optimal connection path based on the current network environment, ensuring fast and stable access.
How to Enable Remote Access
The process is simple - follow these steps:
1. Open the PocketCloud app and navigate to the [Device] page.
2. Select the [Remote Access] option, enable the “Station ID Remote Access” feature, and tap [Confirm].

3. Follow the prompts to bind your email or phone number, enter the verification code you receive, and confirm again.
4. Done! You will now have your own unique Station ID. Be sure to remember this ID—it is your key to remotely accessing your PocketCloud.

From now on, no matter where you are, simply enter this Station ID along with your username and password in the client to securely access your PocketCloud NAS device. Even when your device isn't with you, your data remains fully accessible.
Tip: When your client (e.g., a smartphone) and your PocketCloud device are on the same local network (such as the same Wi-Fi), the system will automatically switch to a faster local network direct connection for a seamless experience.

When you no longer need remote access and would like to unbind your account, please follow the steps below:
1. To ensure account security, please visit the StationCloud official website to unbind your account.
2. Access login.stationpc.cn via a web browser, log in to your account, and go to "My Devices" to unbind.
