Warranty Policy

Warranty Terms

StationPC provides this limited Warranty to individual consumers (“Consumer” or “you”) who purchase a new, eligible StationPC device directly from the official StationPC website or an authorized sales channel. This Warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to subsequent owners or users.

● The warranty period of the product commences from the purchase date indicated on the customer's invoice and relevant purchase certificates. If relevant certificates cannot be provided, the warranty period shall be calculated based on the manufacturing date.

● During the warranty period, if the product experiences a functional failure, StationPC will repair the product or provide replacement parts as needed. All replaced products or parts shall be the property of StationPC.

● StationPC warrants that any repaired or replaced Device is covered for the longer of either the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days from the receipt of the repaired or replacement Device.

● Users are responsible for data security. It is recommended to back up data and programs before repairs. StationPC service centers and authorized repair engineers are not responsible for any data loss, damage, or leakage stored on the product, nor for any resulting losses.

● If you need warranty or out-of-warranty repair services, you may contact StationPC directly via email, or through the store, retailer, website, or distributor where the product was purchased to obtain repair authorization. When applying for repair, you are required to provide the purchase certificate and product serial number.

● When sending the device for repair, you only need to return the main body of the faulty device; there is no need to return non-preinstalled parts. StationPC shall not be liable for the loss of non-preinstalled parts. Meanwhile, you must ensure secure packaging for the shipped device to avoid secondary damage during transportation.

● Hard drives purchased from StationPC are covered by the warranty provided by third-party hard drive manufacturers and are subject to the warranty period specified by such manufacturers.

● If the Device relies on StationPC software or services to achieve its warranted functionality, StationPC will ensure those services remain available during the Warranty Period. However, StationPC reserves the right to update, modify, or limit software and services at its discretion, provided that core functionality is maintained or improved.

Special Cases

StationPC reserves the right to refuse warranty claims or other claims and shall not be liable for related responsibilities under the following circumstances:

● The warranty period of the product has expired.

● Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage by the user.

● Dismantling of parts under unauthorized circumstances.

● The serial number does not correspond to the product sent for repair or has been altered.

● Damage to the body caused by force majeure.

● Normal wear and tear of the parts, which need to be replaced.

● Damage caused by abnormalities in the temperature/humidity of use or storage.

● Damage to the battery caused by not charging in accordance with the instructions.

● Any damage caused by not following the instructions.

● Warranty services do not cover hard drives, batteries and interface devices purchased by customers themselves.

● Users are responsible for data security. StationPC is not responsible for any data loss, damage, or leakage stored on the product, nor for any resulting losses.

Limitation of Liability

StationPC is not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

● Loss of profits or revenue

● Loss of data or device functionality

● Replacement or substitute product costs

● Claims from third parties

These limitations apply regardless of legal theory, even if StationPC was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Warranty Process

● The Consumer is responsible for shipping costs to send the Device to StationPC.

● By sending the Device, you agree to transfer ownership to StationPC. The original Device may not be returned.

● Replacement Devices will not contain your data.

● Devices sent without a valid warranty claim or an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may:

● Be rejected and returned at the sender's expense (prepayment required).

● Be held for 30 days for pickup before disposal at StationPC's discretion.

How to Claim

To obtain remedies under this Warranty, StationPC must receive the Consumer’s claim before the end of the Warranty Period. Please contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Notes

For matters not covered herein, they shall be subject to the latest official instructions of StationPC. StationPC reserves the final right of interpretation of this warranty policy.
