How do I pledge?
When DA400 goes live on Kickstarter, simply click "Back this project", select your shipping country, and choose the reward that best fits your needs.
When will you collect my shipping address and the shipping costs?
About 14 days after the Kickstarter campaign ends, we'll send you access to our pledge manager. There, you can confirm your shipping address, update your contact information, add optional add-ons, and pay for shipping.
Does DA400 come with a product warranty?
Yes. DA400 includes a 2-year warranty, and all included accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty.
How to claim your $10 Credit for reservation?
If you made a $1 reservation, you'll receive a $10 credit in PledgeBox after the campaign. The credit can be used toward shipping or add-ons. If it doesn't appear, your Kickstarter email may not match your reservation email—simply contact us at service@stationpc.com for assistance.
