Does PocketCloud come with a pre-installed SSD?
No, the standard version of PocketCloud does not include a pre-installed SSD. This allows you the flexibility to choose the capacity and brand that best fits your needs.
What is the maximum storage capacity supported by PocketCloud?
PocketCloud and Dock supports a single M.2 NVMe SSD (2280) with a capacity of up to 8TB.
What types of SD cards are compatible with PocketCloud?
PocketCloud's built-in card reader supports SDXC-standard SD cards, with a theoretical maximum capacity of 2TB and a currently tested maximum SD card capacity of 1TB.
Do I need a Wi-Fi connection to use PocketCloud?
Not necessarily. PocketCloud is designed for various connectivity. You can use AP Mode to establish a direct connection between your phone and PocketCloud without an external Wi-Fi connection.
Does the PocketCloud need to stay powered on for remote access?
Yes. To access your files remotely via your Station ID, the PocketCloud must remain powered on and connected to the internet.
