Foreword
Shooting outdoors often means carrying a bag full of gear—DSLRs, telephoto lenses, gimbals. Each has its job. And when you're in the field, you're focused on getting the shot, not on managing storage. But after the shoot comes the real headache: backing up your footage.
Your phone doesn't have enough space. Your laptop is too heavy to lug around. And the last thing you want is a corrupted or lost memory card turning a great day's work into nothing.
PocketCloud was built for exactly this: fast, reliable backup in the wild. That's why we keep making it work seamlessly with mainstream cameras—plug and play, no extra gear required.
As of now, PocketCloud fully supports direct backup from the DJI Pocket 3 and Pocket 4.

Finish shooting with your Pocket 3/4? Just connect it with a single cable, and dump your clips straight into PocketCloud. No computer. No card reader. Perfect for outdoor shoots or travel.
How to do it?
Step 1: Connect the cable
Grab a USB-A to USB-C cable. Plug one end into the USB-A port on your PocketCloud.
Step 2: Turn on OTG mode
On your DJI Pocket’s system settings, find and select [OTG Connection].

Step 3: Connect your Pocket and start backup
Plug the other end of the cable into your DJI Pocket 3 or Pocket 4. On the PocketCloud screen, go to [USB Drive Backup] and hit [Backup].
You can also start the backup directly from the PocketCloud mobile or desktop app — just select the USB backup option.

That's it.
Wait for the backup completion prompt. The whole process takes only a few seconds of connection time. Pretty simple, right?
